Lisa has over 15 years experience in marketing, including the marketing department of a big three automaker to a small company of three. Her passion is helping companies achieve measurable results through a targeted combination of data analysis, strategic planning and creative ideas. She was an integral team member researching, developing, launching and maintaining a loyalty program recognized as a finalist for the 2010 Colloquy Loyalty Awards. Lisa holds a Master of Management degree. She is a member of the American Marketing Association along with many email and loyalty marketing networks.

Bill has become known as a local expert through daily use and speaking engagements about email marketing and social media. Proficient in web and print graphic design, Bill’s specialties also include: social media consulting/social media optimization (SMO), location-based services and SEO (search engine optimization). His new interest in gamification and how game mechanics improve loyalty. He is a member of various social media networks and has participated in several conferences related to this ever-growing medium.

Originally from Southern Ohio, Jason was formerly a legislative aide in the Ohio House of Representatives and Public Affairs Director for the Attorney General of Ohio before deciding to turn his design and coding hobby into a full time gig.
